DDAP Data Collection System Information

Together with its partners in the Department of Health - Bureau of Informatics and Information Technology and the Department of Administration - Office of Information Technology, DDAP, the data solution contract was awarded to FEi Systems, Inc. for its Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services (WITS) solution.  The implementation phase of the DDAP Data System Project was officially launched on January 10, 2017.

PA-WITS, Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services (WITS), a web-based application used by clients within multiple states, for a wide variety of clinical, contract, billing, prevention strategy tracking and case management services. DDAP technical staff belong to Fei's WITS User Group (WUG) that provides for coordination, collaboration and cost-sharing among the other states using the WITS solution.

The WITS solution provides SCAs, Providers, and DDAP a single integrated system to collect treatment and prevention data that meets government reporting requirements for the planning, administration, and monitoring of behavioral health treatment programs, prevention programs and federal grant management programs.
